For producing Realtors

You've already built the production. Now build the authority.

Your business works. Your brand hasn't caught up — and in most markets those are two completely different numbers. Agent Authority is hands-on implementation for agents who are already producing: you film what we hand you, our team builds everything downstream of the camera. There are three ways in. Pick the one that matches where you actually are today.

The audit and the playbook are free, and nothing is gated behind a call — including the price.

Three ways in

Start where you actually are.

Same team, same program on the other end of all three. The only real difference is how much you want to understand about your own brand before we ever talk.

Not sure? Pick the sentence that sounds most like you:
Real-world productionWhat you've built
Digital authorityWhat your market sees

That distance is the Authority Gap. For most producing agents it looks roughly like this — the free audit tells you what yours actually is.

Don't know the size of the gap

Free Authority Audit

Twelve questions about your production and your presence. It scores how well what you've actually built is translating into recognition, inbound and clients online — then names the three gaps costing you the most.

  • Your Agent Authority Score across seven weighted categories
  • Your Authority Gap — production next to presence
  • Your three biggest opportunities, in priority order
  • A 30-day content plan built for your market

  • Reviewed personally — not by a bot or a call center
  • Pick your own time for a 30-minute implementation call
  • A working session on your market — not a pitch call
  • If it isn't a fit, we say so and point you somewhere better

Who's behind it

Why listen to us about building a Realtor brand.

Trent Miller

I'm Trent Miller — founder of Agent Authority. I got licensed in 2023, moved to San Antonio, and turned the camera on: Speed Tours — fast walkthroughs, real houses, real numbers, no wasted seconds.

That format caught, and it kept catching. It's now 500 million views and about 2.3 million followers. But the view count isn't the proof. What the audience is worth is.

Once it was built, national brands started paying to be in front of it — Zillow, Adobe Acrobat, Progressive, Dove Men+Care, Walmart, PropStream and Ownwell — and the collaborations came with it, alongside Ryan Serhant, MrBeast and Jake Paul. None of that was available to me as a Realtor with a good year. It became available because there was an audience attached to my name.

That's the asset producing agents don't have yet. Your production earns you a commission. An audience earns you the room — brand deals, partnerships, inbound, and people who know your name before you walk in. Agent Authority is the machine I built around my own camera, run for you by a team.

And I'll be straight about what this is: implementation support, not a promise. We build the strategy, the plan and everything downstream of the camera — but you still have to film, and results depend on your market and your execution.

This is what a brand buys that production alone doesn't. Every one of these came to the audience, not to the transaction count.

How the work actually gets done

You sell the real estate. We build the authority around you.

Six moving parts. One of them is yours. That's the whole design — your only job is to show up and film what we hand you.

Your job

Record.

You get a shot list, hooks and talking points before you ever pick up the camera. You film between appointments, at listings, in the car, on site. That's the ask.

Film what we hand youUsually between appointments
Our job

Everything around the recording.

No discovery call required to hear the number.

You shouldn't have to sit through a call to find out whether something is in your range. Here it is.

What the number covers

Agent Authority is a hands-on, three-month implementation engagement. $15,000 covers the full program — strategy, planning, production support, distribution and conversion, built around you for three months. It's designed for producing agents who see their personal brand as a business asset, not a side project.

Applications are reviewed for fit. Because this is hands-on implementation, we only take on a limited number of agents at a time.
Before you apply

This isn't right for everyone.

We'd rather you self-select out now than find out on a call. Read both columns honestly.

This is built for you if

  • You're already producing — the business works, the brand just hasn't caught up
  • You can commit to filming consistently, even in short bursts between appointments
  • You see your personal brand as a business asset, not a side project
  • You want a team handling everything downstream of the camera
  • You're ready to invest in implementation, not another course

It's not a fit if

  • You're brand new and still building your first year of production
  • You want someone else to appear on camera for you
  • You're looking for a done-for-you lead vendor, not a brand
  • You want guaranteed transaction or income numbers
  • You want to test it for 30 days and decide
The long game

Your brand should become one of the most valuable assets in your business.

Prospecting produces income while you're doing it. A brand produces recognition whether you're working or not.

  • A cold call creates one conversation. A piece of content can create conversations for years.
  • A referral introduces you to one person. A brand introduces you to a market.
  • A closing creates commission once. The story around it can build authority long after.
  • Cold calls stop when you stop dialing. A brand keeps working when you're not.
The part nobody talks about

You don't have an information problem.

You already knew you should be posting more. You already knew video matters. You already knew that being recognizable in your market would help you win business. Take the audit and you'll have thirty days of content mapped out on top of that — for free, with the hook, the talking points and the CTA for every one.

So the only real question is what happens on day 31. The difference between agents who build dominant brands and agents who keep saying they're going to start posting usually isn't another content idea. It's implementation — and that's the entire reason this program exists.

Before you fill anything out

The questions people actually ask.

What does it cost?

$15,000 for the three-month program. That's the whole number, and it's on this page on purpose — you shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether something is in your range. What it covers is strategy, planning, production support, distribution and conversion, built around you for three months.

Are the audit and the playbook just a pitch?

Your score, your Authority Gap, your roadmap and your 30-day content plan are real, and they're yours whether or not you ever talk to us. Plenty of agents run the audit, take the plan and execute it themselves.

That said, I won't pretend there's no pitch. At the end I explain what implementation looks like and invite you to apply. You can ignore that part and keep the plan.

Do I have to be on camera?

Yes — and that's the one non-negotiable. Filming is your part of the engagement and nobody can do it for you. Everything after you press record is ours. If you're not willing to get on camera, this isn't the right program and we'd rather say that here than on a call.

How much time does this actually take me?

You get a weekly shot list with the concepts, hooks, talking points and CTA already written. Most agents film it between appointments — at listings, in the car, on site. You're not sitting down to plan content, script content, edit content or schedule it. You're recording what's already been decided.

I'm producing but I'm not a "content person." Is that a problem?

No — that's the normal starting point. Most of the agents we work with are strong operators whose brand simply never got built, usually because selling kept winning the calendar. The strategy, the direction and the packaging are what we're hired to supply. Camera confidence is something the shot list and the reps handle.

Do you guarantee leads or transactions?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. This is implementation support, not a promise. We build the strategy, the plan and everything downstream of the camera — but you still have to film, and results depend on your market, your business and your execution.

What actually happens after I apply?

Your application is reviewed personally — production, market, what you said you're trying to build. Then you pick your own time for a 30-minute implementation call.

The call is a working session, not a pitch: your gap reviewed line by line, the positioning and content strategy we'd build for your market, exactly what you'd film versus what we'd handle, and straight answers on scope, timeline and investment. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Your move

You've already proven you can produce. Now build the brand to match.

Run the audit if you want the number. Build the playbook if you want the plan. Apply if you want a team building it around you. All three end up in the same place — a working conversation about your market with people who do this for a living.
