Join my team at eXp Realty

You don't need another split. You need someone who'll look at your actual numbers.

I'm Trent Miller — a San Antonio agent with RD Realty, brokered by eXp Realty. I build with agents inside my organization: real mentorship, real systems, and a room where your business gets reviewed by people already operating where you're trying to go. There are three ways in. Pick the one that matches where you actually are today.

Free. Nothing gated behind a call. Licensed, inactive and pre-licensed agents — and team leaders — all welcome.

Three ways in

Start where you actually are.

Same organization, same people on the other end of all three. The only real difference is how much you want to figure out about your own business before we ever talk.

Not sure? Pick the sentence that sounds most like you:
Not sure what's broken

Free Business Audit

Twelve questions about how your business actually runs today. I score it, show you where you're leaking opportunities, and tell you the three things I'd fix first if it were mine.

  • A scored breakdown of your business, graded honestly
  • Exactly where opportunities are leaking out
  • Your top three priorities, in order
  • A 30-day content calendar built for your market

Know the problem, want the plan

Personalized 90-Day Playbook

Same twelve questions, different output. Instead of a diagnosis you get a phased 90-day plan built around the business you actually have right now — not the one a course assumes you have.

  • Your business scored, with the gaps named
  • A phased playbook: days 1–30, 31–60, 61–90
  • What to do first, and what to deliberately ignore
  • A 30-day content calendar built for your market

Who you'd be building with

I got licensed in 2023. For a long time, I couldn't sell a house.

Trent Miller

I grew up in Greencastle, Pennsylvania — small town, familiar faces, and a pretty clear script for how life was supposed to go. I skipped the college route and got licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland in 2023 instead.

Then I packed a car and moved 1,500 miles to San Antonio, where I didn't know a single person, got licensed in Texas, and started over from zero.

Here's the part I'd want to hear if I were you: I struggled. I had the license and every bit of the desire, and for a long stretch I had almost nothing to show for it. I couldn't get a house sold. I was working hard at the wrong things and had no idea which ones.

What changed wasn't luck, and it wasn't a course. It was getting real mentorship once I got to San Antonio — people who'd already done it looking at what I was actually doing, telling me what was broken, and handing me the systems to fix it. That's the whole difference. Today I consistently sell 2 to 5 homes every single month — buyers, sellers, investors, new construction, and a steady flow of people relocating to Texas — with RD Realty, brokered by eXp Realty.

Somewhere in there I turned the camera on. Speed Tours — fast walkthroughs, real houses, real numbers, no wasted seconds. That format caught, and it kept catching: 500 million views and about 2.3 million followers, then the brand work and collaborations that came with it.

I'm building the exact thing that fixed my business, for the agents who join me. When I hand you a system, it isn't theory I read somewhere — it's what got me from not being able to sell a house to closing every month, in this market, starting from nothing.

And I'll be straight with you about the rest: I haven't figured it all out. What I can do is show you exactly what worked, hand you the systems behind it, and put you in a room with people further along than me — the same room that changed things for me.

Who you get access to

You're not joining a logo. You're joining people.

Anyone can hand you a brokerage split and a login. The part that actually moves your business is being able to put your real numbers in front of someone who has already done it — and get an answer.

That's not a theory I like the sound of. It's the thing that turned my own business around, so it's the thing I built this organization on.

  • 01 Your numbers get reviewed, not guessed at

You bring the real figures — conversations, appointments, conversion, follow-up — and they get looked at by someone who has run those numbers before.

  • 02 You can get a person on a call when it matters

Not a ticket queue. When a deal or a decision is actually on the line, there's someone to reach who has been in that exact spot.

  • 03 A room of agents at your level and above

Agents trading what's working in their markets this month — not what worked in a different market three years ago.

And the playbooks behind them

Inside Accelerated Influence

The training side of the ecosystem — so when a mentor tells you what to do, the system for doing it already exists. This isn't a course you buy once and never open again.

Creating conversations

Lead generation that produces real estate conversations instead of waiting for business to find you.

Follow-up & conversion

What happens after someone becomes a lead — the part most agents lose the business in.

Content & personal brand

Staying in front of your sphere and your market on purpose, with a calendar instead of a guess.

Systems & accountability

Repeatable playbooks and a group that notices when you stop running them.

Ongoing access

What partnering with us actually looks like day to day.

It isn't a welcome email and a video library. It's being in a room where your numbers and your decisions get reviewed by people already operating at the level you're trying to reach — and being able to get one of them on a call when it matters. The training exists so the advice has somewhere to land. The community exists so you don't stall out between calls. And the reason all three of the forms on this page ask about your real production is that none of it works if we start from a version of your business that isn't true.

Before you fill anything out

The questions people actually ask.

Do I have to be licensed already?

No. Licensed agents, team leaders, agents who've gone inactive, and people still working through licensing all come in through the same three doors. The intake asks where you are so the right person handles your onboarding — someone getting licensed needs a different first conversation than a team leader bringing fifteen agents.

Is the audit and the playbook just a recruiting pitch?

The scored breakdown and the 90-day plan are real, and they're yours whether or not you ever talk to me. Plenty of people take the audit, use it, and stay exactly where they are.

That said, I'm not going to pretend there's no pitch. At the end I tell you what I think the right environment does for a business like yours, and I invite you to look at mine. You can ignore that part and keep the plan.

What happens to my current clients and pending deals?

They come with you. Moving brokerages mid-pipeline is routine and there's a normal process for transferring active files — the specifics depend on your current brokerage agreement and your state. It's one of the first things we go through on the call, honestly and with your actual paperwork in front of us rather than in general terms.

I run a team. Can my agents come with me?

Yes, and it changes who from our side runs your onboarding. The application asks directly whether you're bringing agents or planning to build your own organization, because a team move has moving parts a solo move doesn't. Say so up front and you skip a discovery call.

Does any of this cost anything?

The audit, the playbook, the content calendar, the mentorship and the training inside our organization cost you nothing extra — they come with partnering with us.

eXp Realty itself has its own published fee and commission structure, the same for every agent in the company. I'm not going to quote you numbers on a landing page. We'll go through the current structure line by line on the call so you can decide against real figures.

What actually happens after I submit one of these?

If you took the audit or built the playbook, your results come up on screen right away — no waiting for an email to unlock them.

Then someone from my team follows up personally to answer your questions, including the ones about whether this makes sense for your situation at all. It comes from a real person, and you can reply to it.

Your move

Two minutes of honest answers beats another year of guessing.

Take the audit if you want a diagnosis. Build the playbook if you want the plan. Fill out the application if you already know. All three end up in the same place — a conversation with people who'll look at what's really going on.
